      • $5.00 charge to upgrade to USPS Priority mail (1-2 business days) required when:
         - client request USPS Priority mail for faster delivery than USPS 1st class
         - temperature-sensitive items require shipment with cold pack
         - weigh more than 16oz (automatic upgrade to priority)
         - are over $200.00 for insurance/signature required (automatic upgrade to priority)

    Shipping Information for Temperature Sensitive Compounds:
    When shipping our suppositories, the manner in which they are shipped depends greatly on several factors, including: seasonal temperature, distance traveled  and drug stability. Our ice packs are manufactured to distribute hot or cold in accordance with product and surrounding temperatures. Ice packs may reach you frozen or unfrozen; this is because they are used to stabilize the temperature of the package during the shipping. Receiving an unfrozen icepack does not mean that your product has been compromised.
